1. The promoter
This promotion is run by [Gullivers legal entity name, ABN] ("Gullivers") together with [Beach 5s legal entity name, ABN / NZBN] ("Beach 5s"), referred to as "we" or "us". By entering, you accept these terms.

3. Who can enter
- You must be 18 or over at the time of entry.
- You must compete in an eligible Beach 5s event during the promotion period:
- Australian draw: Townsville, Brisbane, Forster, Newcastle or Gold Coast.
- New Zealand draw: Mount Maunganui or Christchurch.
- Employees of Gullivers and Beach 5s, their immediate families, and anyone connected with running the promotion can't enter. [confirm]
4. How to enter
- Scan the QR code at an eligible event or visit balibeach5s.com.
- Complete the Bali Beach 5s expression of interest form, answer the giveaway eligibility questions and accept these terms.
- One entry per person. Extra entries from the same person or email address will be ignored.
- Your entry goes into the draw for the country of the event you compete in.
- You don't have to agree to receive marketing to enter the giveaway.
5. The prizes
Australian prize (valued at AUD $4,000): 2 return economy flights to Bali from Sydney or Brisbane, 5 nights at MERU Sanur, and $500 spending money.
New Zealand prize (valued at AUD $4,000): 2 return economy flights to Bali from Auckland, 5 nights at MERU Sanur, and AUD $500 spending money.
- Travel is for Bali Beach 5s 2027 in Sanur, Bali, [confirm travel dates, e.g. around 1–5 October 2027].
- Room type, flights and dates are set by Gullivers and subject to availability.
- Not included: travel insurance, visas, passports, transfers to the departure airport, meals and personal spending beyond the prize. [confirm list]
- The winner and their companion are responsible for having valid passports and meeting entry requirements for Indonesia. [confirm whether the companion must be 18+]
- Prizes can't be exchanged for cash or transferred. If part of a prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute something of equal or greater value.
6. The draw
- Each winner is drawn at random from valid entries for their country.
- If a winner can't be contacted or doesn't claim the prize within [X] days, we will redraw on [redraw date].

7. Team resort spending credit
The $2,000 team resort spending credit is a separate offer and not part of this giveaway. To qualify, your team must be registered by 28 February 2027 and meet the eligibility requirements set by Gullivers: [describe requirements, e.g. minimum team size, deposit, package type].
8. Your information
We collect and handle your details as set out in our Privacy Policy. We use them to run the giveaway, contact winners and, if you agreed, send you Bali Beach 5s updates and travel offers.
9. General
- We may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or break these terms.
- If the promotion can't run as planned for reasons outside our control, we may change, pause or cancel it, subject to any directions from a relevant authority.
- Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.
