- Your answers to the giveaway questions (whether you're 18+ and competing).
- Your consent choices, the date and time you signed up, and which link or QR code you used.
Why we collect it
- To record your interest in Bali Beach 5s 2027.
- To run the giveaway and contact winners.
- To prepare travel packages and quotes for you or your team.
- To send Bali Beach 5s updates and travel offers, but only if you ticked the box to receive them.
- To understand which events and links bring in sign-ups.
Who can see it
Your details are shared between Beach 5s and Gullivers, who run Bali Beach 5s together. We also use these service providers to store data and send emails:
- Google (Google Sheets and Apps Script) to store sign-ups.

- Cloudflare to host this website.

Emails and updates
If you agreed to receive updates, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. Unsubscribing doesn't remove your giveaway entry.
Keeping it safe
